This is an old thread. What's your question?

My EAD was approved, card is being produced. Can I work right now and then present the card when it arrives? The e-Request form says "Give it 120 days",

on the phone USCIS told me "Give it 60 days" and the generic message on the USCIS phone says "30 days".

Am I allowed to work without having an actual physical card?

Also that tread is from the latest I-9.

No, you cannot satisfy the I-9 requirements until you get the card.

You need to have the actual EAD card in your possession so that you can present that card, and your other documents, to your respective employer.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
