My fiancé has a daughter that we put down as part of the petition. Does anyone know what documentation we need to provide in order for her to be able to come with us? Does the mom have to sign off or provide us with something giving permission that she agrees? Please help

If the mother agrees for you to bring the child with you to the USA then something like this for him to sign would be enough...You just have to have it notarized and certified with signed witnesses. It should be something like this or close to it...You can have a lawyer draw it or you can just do it yourself as long as both parents agree to it..
