Hi everyone! My fiance (the petitioner) already received a letter from the National Visa Center (NVC) stating that they received the approved Form I-129F petition from U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS). The NVC will now forward the petition to the US Embassy or Consulate in Manila. It's also written in the letter the following information (MNL Case Number, USCIS Receipt Number, Interview Location, etc.). Here are my questions: 1) Can I schedule for medical exam now that I have the MNL Case Number even though I haven't received yet the USEM Appoinment letter or The Notice of Eligibility? 2) What are the steps in making an appointment for the medical exam? 3) How much is the fee and where to pay? 4) What are the required documents to bring during the medical exam. 4) When is the best time to schedule for an interview since I am scheduling for medical exam? Please advise.... Thanks and God bless us all!

Once you have your MNL # it is ROCK n ROLL time!! DO NOT wait for any letter from USEM.. most times they never arrive!

As for scheduling the interview, the embassy suggests you allow 5-7 days between the medical and interview.

You will need to pay the visa fee at BPI before scheduling your interview.

Have your fiance email you a copy of the NVC letter as you will need copies for your medical at SLEC.
