I think your evidence sounds pretty good as evidence of meeting. My fiance was also here on a J-1 so I sent in the documents that showed we were at the same university at the same time (not sure if it helps, but I had them so I jsut sent them). I also sent pictures and the passport stamps as evidence of meeting. Then I sent some evidence of having a relationship, ie letters, e-mails, reciepts etc. Good luck!

Please don't worry about that!

I met my fiance in September 2004. He lived in Kazakhstan (my home country) as a Peace Corps Volunteer. July 2005 his service was finished so he needed to go back to US. After that I visited him 4 times and he visited me 1 time. So on 8 March (2 weeks ago) he proposed me when I went to visit him in US. We even set the date of our wedding. (15 December 2007).

While I was visiting him we collected all paperwork for K-1 visa. Tommorow he plans to send everyting to Texas SC.

We worried a lot about what we need to put as an evidence, and finally we decided to add: our pictures (out trips to Egypt, Puerto-Rico, my visits to US, his visits to Kazakhstan), our telephone bills, and copy of airtickets, E-mails, postcards.

Finally we understood that we worry toooooo much about all this staff. We met each other in real life. We have 3 years of relationship and we are engaged!

my thoughts for you is not to think too much of it or you will get crazy. I belive that people who work there know their work with 100%.

Good luck!

You know what? I think people like you and me who met their fiances in real life and lived with them for a long time and had long distance relationship shouldn't have problems. I met my fiance 3 years ago, and after we had 1.5 year of long distance relationship with my fiance, and we hope that it can be very strong evidence for Texas SC people. I think the same for you.

My fiance and myself have read very carefully the instruction USCIS put on I-129F and added everything they asked. But reading some topics here I see how people put many documents are nor reguired by USCIS, and when I asked them why they tell me: if you don't they will send you RFE. OK, if they send we will send them what they need as we are not scared.

Don't worry  Just believe in positive things and anyway I didn't read any message telling: USCIS didn't prove my petition as they prove.

Good luck!

;)
