Hi,

Got everything set. My question now it's that since my ex wife and I have 4 kids, and we share joint custody on all 4. On question 8 of the form, should I checked, "wholly dependent" or "partially dependent"? The kids are with me half of the year and half of year with her.

Thanks

I would say partially. Wholly would mean you are the only one responsible for them. You share custody so you are therefore partially, in my opinion.

You don't have to list anything there if your income meets the requirements. If you need to, you can just lost one.
