I601 waiver approved

The Nebraska Office received my waiver on August 23rd 2015. On April 25th 2016, my waiver was approved but I havent gotten any notice from the office, they said they will mail me the approval but until today's date I havent gotten anything.

Approximately, how long does it take to get the approval notice? How long does it take after the waiver is approved for the US Consulate to get in contact with me?

The consulate told me to contact them directly once our waiver was approved and they would contact the USCIS to see of they could get the approval...otherwise they said we could be waiting forever. After I talked to the consulate on December 17th, they emailed the instruction letter on December 23rd and then the holiday kind of slowed is down for a week. My husband dropped everything off on January 4th and he entered the U.S. on January 18.

I suggest calling the consulate. Maybe they won't be as accommodating as the consulate in Costa Rica but you'll never know til you try.

My fiancée 's waiver was at Nebraska center too , we got approved 4/21/16 , so I got approved letter on 4/28/16 ,now I am waiting for consulate letter (instruction letter ) which from Mexico consulate ,I understand that waiting time is so hard , but we almost got there our love one almost home , so just be little patient you will be get letter soon!

My lawyer got the approval notice today, now I just have to wait for the consulate to send me the instruction letter too.

Today my parents got the instruction letter from the Consulate, it says that I have to send them my passport and a new medical exams. After they received these, what happens? Do I still need to wait for an interview?

My husband didn't have another interview. He dropped off his passport and new medical and police cert and they just called him to pick it up a few days later.
