It has been over six months since my sister-in- law had her interview. No response on whether or not she had passed. We have called and emailed them. What else can we do to speed the process? Thank you

What kind of Visa? What country(embassy)?

So when you check the ceac website what is the status? So in 6 months the embassy has not even responded to you? What was the paper the letter they gave her at interview? What did they say You are in AP, Refuse, petition being returned?

Has she been checking her email to see if they have contacted her? What email are you contacting?

Why hasn't her spouse contacted their Senator and or congressman to get some answers?

We spoke to an immigration lawyer, and they told us that unless the embassy sent something back to uscis. We really cant do anything
