My Sis instructed by HK US Embassy that they are going to forward the Case to Manila Embassy once the her K1 Visa issued.

The thing is HK US EMbassy is very strict. My sis was annulled & required to get Cenomar from Philippines My nephew send a copy of Cenomar by his request but HK embassy did not acept it.. Does she needs to get Form request from Manila Embassy? I don't see any form in the website. Is there anyone related to my sis case?

I think your sister will need Annulment Decree Certificate of Finality Certificate of registration issued by local civil registrar and marriage certificate.

The CENOMAR (in your sister's case PSA will issue the annotated CEMAR) needs to be requested through PSA and then PSA sends the document to the U.S. embasssy in HK, as you found out they won't accept one otherwise, To request the CENOMAR your sister may have to go to the Philippines consulate in HK, I am not totally up to speed on this but there have been a few cases like your sister's recently, hopefully some of them still pop on and get you details from their experience
