Do you include Adult Children NOT in USA on 751?

Hi Everyone! Nice to be back here on Visa Journey!

So its time to do our 751!! (2 years has gone quickly)

We received a reminder from Homeland Security to file it.

Im totally confused!

QUESTION: We are older and I have adult children in their 30's who don't live with me. Three of them live in Canada and another daughter is on her own Work sponsored Visa and lives in another State. None are dependant or included in my CPR Visa.

How do I answer Part 5 Information about your children? It doesn't mention "children included in Visa"...it just asks for children. Thoughts anyone???

Are you saying you did not disclose those children on your K1 and AOS paperwork?

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.
