Help--need to write an explanation letter that I never voted and accidentally registered to vote

When I applied for my DL, i accidentally registered to vote and now I'm about to apply for my citizenship. Can someone please provide sample letter and /or similar experience and the result..I do have all the proof letter from the clerk that I cancelled my registration due to not being a citizen and i never voted.

Just as you say if you obtained proof of unregistering yourself, write the date you applied to your DL, then it came to your attention that you unknowingly registered yourself as a voter, and explain the timeline you contacted the clerk's office, unregistered yourself, and attach copies of the proofs on the following page.

Don't forget to sign the bottom of the letter and include your A#. Make it look like an formal letter.

If you google it, you will see a lot of people unknowingly did what you did. there shouldn't be anything to worry about.
