Getting ready for a possible RFE

Hello dear VJ community!

We have finally filed our CR1 package, so now we want to be ready for any possible RFE-s.

We lived in a same country for 6 years, and now I am moving back to the US, until the visa is done.

For a Bonafide marriage evidence we've sent out a lot of photos from our 6 years relationship, joint bank account statement, sworn notarized affidavits, a lot of tickets from our trips together, passport stamps and various small things like gym cards and movie tickets.
I realize that it's not a big evidence for a married couple, but we've been married just for 3 months.

So the question is, what else can we provide in a response for a possible RFE, if we're living in different countries? My only guess for now is that we collect our skype conversations, because we are going to skype every single day for sure.

Any advice would be appreciated.

With a joint bank account you already have more than most others who live in 2 separate countries.

Length of marriage is irrelevant. You can file the I-130 five minutes after you get married, in theory (assuming you have the marriage certificate already). It's proof of an ongoing relationship they want to see. So the photos should be a selection over the 6-year relationship. Not 10 photos taken last weekend, for example.

Assuming you have sent a selection of stuff from over the course of the relationship, you should be fine. Which country is the beneficiary from?

JFH thank you for a quick answer! Well, in fact we live in separate countries starting from may 2016.

Yes, we've sent photos starting from 2011 to 2016.

We are from Armenia.

Based on the list you sent, I would be very surprised if you were issued an RFE.
