Hello!

I'm trying to submit DS-261 as the petitioner and the last question i am being asked before signing is "Did anyone assist you in filling out this application".

Do i choose No, even if i'm the petitioner filling out the application. Or do i choose yes and put my information again? Or do i just choose that i'm the applicant when first starting to fill it out?

Thanks,

sorry i meant DS-261 agent form.

I'm the petitioner.

The first question was to put in the case number and invoice number and whether i'm the applicant or petitioner so i chose petitioner and filled out the form.

The last question was "Did anyone assist you in filling out this application" before signing and submitting. I have the option to choose Yes and provide information or just choose No and submit.
