i was reading the requirements for a fiancee visa. My Fiancee will be moving here from china, upon approval of our K-1 Visa. What are some examples of having. "Evidence of valid relationship with the petitioner."

Also is it necessary for the petitioner to have evidence also?

There is "primary" and secondary evidence.

The best is proof that you have been together recently- boarding passes, airline ticket, photos with date written on back( ideally some are you with family members too) , luggage tags.

Next are dated e-mails (black out very personal lines) that show regular contact over time, phone bills- get print out of number called.

Almast forgot- copy of passport entry and exit dates is very important!

Add- very important evidence is passport entry/exit stamps- photocopy these and label!

Its necessary for both parties to have good evidence of the relationship. The petitioner needs to send copies of the evidence when filing the 129F. The fiancee needs the originals during the interview. I made 2 sets of pictures and gave one set to her. You can send all your letters that you received from her, back to her for the interview, along with phone records etc.

Pictures are worth a thousand words. I don't necessarily agree that you need to send copies of passport stamps, in my case most of them aren't perfectly legible anyway. So I didn't use them, and all they say is that you were in her country on a specific date, boarding passes, hotel receipts and travel itinerary can do the same thing.

They take all of it together and see if it tells a story!

I agree with everything that has been said so far but also they like phone records and snail mail correspondence too. Receipts for an engagement ring are also good. The ring is not required but it helps.

Just being in the same place at the same time does not prove a realtionship. I have made trips with people I had no relationship with.

Yes, all of the above, We had photos, emails, chat logs, Shype logs, copy of the passport page...

All of the members have had to deal with the difficult process of that consulate, I feel that I would have had a harder time with that consulate if it wer not for "CFL" website.
