Hello all

I have a question regarding the information needed for the I-134 form. It's a little confusing but my ex-husband (as of March 2016) and I were separated for some time but lived together while my kids finished school and for ease of paying bills and such kept our joint accounts. So obviously I need to send in 2 years of tax returns, which were filed jointly and bank deposits that were also in a joint account. Do you think that will matter? Also for the tax returns, what exactly needs to be sent (W-2s, and all the sheets from the taxes or just the final sheet saying how much was paid in and any return?) When sending the bank papers would it be good to highlight my deposits?

Thank you very much for your help!

You typically need most recent tax return/transcript plus proof of current income, which can be a letter from employer and recent pay stubs. Bank statements are not usually needed unless you are proving non-taxable income or including assets.
