Missing Varicella shot for AOS

The civil surgeon here is insisting that she gets the RPR test but they would of checked for that and not issued a K1 visa if there were any problems.

All she got for her own records is a copy of the vaccination sheet.

Try to find a different doctor. This one doesn't understand. Keep calling. You can file for AOS without it. Did you understand that in my post earlier?

I asked about chickenpox because they (civil surgeons and panel physicians) are allowed to take your word for that. If she had chickenpox he would not have to test her for immunity, or see proof. She would be excused from the varicella shot. It is expensive.

Hey, chillax! Just asking some relevant questions to help you out. If she had blood drawn, they would/should have tested for syphilis. The K1 medical wouldn't have been approved without it.

Not much, other than being of relevance to the medical AND the two things the OP is concerned about in this thread...

Chickenpox has to do with his original topic, needing a varicella shot.

Syphilis has to do with his second question which came up when he found a civil surgeon who would do the vaccination sheet and varicella shot, but said she also had to be tested for syphilis. The second question was asking about the accuracy of the civil surgeon's statement.
