Hello everyone,

For 2012, 2013 and 2014 I didn't make enough money for me to sponsor my husband therefore we had a co sponsor which we mailed the i-864 to NVC. Everything at the NVC stage has been approved and we are scheduled for an interview in Juarez on April 20th. However for 2015 I did make the USCIS poverty guideline for a household of 3 (myself, our son and my husband). Can I do the updated i-864 to take to the interview?

Yes you can. But the one you submitted to NVC with co-sponsor will be fine too if visa interview is before April 15, 2016. April 15 is the date when tax returns are due. US Embassies ask for an updated AOS if the interiview is after April 15 and the latest tax return transcripts were not used in the AOS submitted at the NVC stage.
