Yeah, this is the first time me hearing of things being stamped or notorized. I never even really thought to do that. I'm also kinda thinking that different dates would look off. We're keeping our packet the same, maybe just adding in some chats and adding some updated paycheck stubs. We're not sure of how much our stuff was looked at to begin with and what they could have made copies of so we're planning to add rather than take anything out or change it.

Sorry I am not being clear . So with the petition that was sent to USCIS, we sent out letters of intent . However I was advised come interview time you can add letters of continual intent to your evidence which is a new letter but basically saying the same thing but with a much closer date showing u all still guarantee marrying once your fiancé is here in the 90 days . Since our interview was pushed back ; I'm asking if I should update the new letter I had added post NVc of continual intent so they know I am still intending on what I have been saying I'm intending .but with what you said . I will just keep these letters and update only the pay stubs but what about your i134 will you update it . Let's say now I have more in my account for my savings ?? And also I got the letters I at the verybeginning to Uscis notarized and also got the new ones we added notarized but not for any major reason just from info gathered here on visa journey . It's not required though

Ohhhhh okay haha I see what you're saying now. I mean if you're there and you think it will help, go ahead. Like I said, adding things shouldn't hurt but I'd just be careful about taking things out. Maybe just attach the new things to the old. As for the affidavit of support with your savings and stuff on there, maybe do the same and just attach a new one but keep the old? The amount in my savings changes every 2 weeks when I get paid, but I never thought to update that too. Maybe I should though...ugh this is so frustrating!
