1. Filling out the G325A for a K1 visa .... At the bottom it asks "This form is submitted in connection with an application for" A:Naturalization

B: Status as Permanent Resident

C: Other ...

What would I mark for my form and what would my fiancé mark on his?

2. My fiancé's address abroad will change in May. He's not sure of what his address will be after that. Should I still use his current address?

3. His current address is Romania because he is playing on a professional soccer team there but he will apply for his visa at the consulate in London, UK, as that is where he is from. Is that an issue?

Both G-325A forms will have the same answer > http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-G-325A.pdf

And you fill out the forms with your current information. If he has not been living there for more than a year already, then the last US residence outside the US would be his address back home in the UK.

The USC can specify a consulate on the I-129F petition. And if he is a legal resident in Romania at the time he would interview, then he can do so in Romania. If he wants to return home and interview in London, then he can do that too.

I read somewhere

You will select "other" on both.

For the beneficiary you write Fiance Visa Application.

For the petitioner you write in support of Fiance's I-29f for K1 visa.

That's what i did for mine :)

My question 2 is in reference to the I-129f when it ask for his address abroad. He has been living in Romania since March 2016, but will be leaving in May 2016. Do I still put that address as his address abroad?

If he is only staying there in Romania for 3 months, and will be returning home to interview in London, then just use his permanent home UK address and list the London consulate.
