Lima Embassy Interview

I called the Lima embassy today. And found out that my wifes interview has last week. She never got any papers from the embassy about her interview. Now she has to wait until there in another open date

What????? That's insane. Did you try to follow up with NVC after you got your NOA2 for the I-129F? You have to be on them day and night to see where the case is at and when you're wife should be getting all the info.

That just sucks.

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

We called two weeks ago. And they said there was no date yet or papers sent out yet. So i don't know what they are thinking there at the Lima embassy.

My husband (Peruvian) received his Packet 3/4 from the Embassy with the interview appointment date inside. He had a month's notice for his interview. Your wife never received Packet 3/4 from the Embassy? The petitioner (you) should have received the same packet, too.

Both of you should have gotten notice from the Embassy.

ONE DAY AT A TIME....

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

12/30/2008: Overnighted I-751 package to VSC

01/06/2009: Check cashed

01/06/2009: NOA (arrived 01/09/09)

01/23/2009: Biometrics appt letter received

01/31/2009: Biometrics scheduled

05/20/2009: APPROVED

06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived
