Sorry, I meant that I originally filed in November 2015, not original documents. I have all my original docs in hand. I am the petitioner, so do I need to submit original birth certificate as well?

If you're filing CR1 you only need original documents for the beneficiary

I was notified on 5/2/16 that my file with NVC was completed (CR1 filing). The next process is interview in Jamaica. I filed original docs on 11/4/15. Can anyone give me any information as to when we can expect to have an interview date in Jamaica OR can you tell me next steps and possible timeframe?

and ensure the applicant has a copy of everything that was sent to NVC in case they misplaced something and ask for it, also remember the police certificate lasts for a year so make sure you're not cutting it too close most interviews are scheduled between 60-100 days after cc

I am doing ok. Hubby at his medical this morning and preparing to go down for the interview in two weeks.

Wonderful news. Heard that it's an all day process (the medical). Safe travels my friend and keep us updated...best wishes. No luck needed, we just waiting for confirmation.
