For adults

MMR (two are required) But if you have your first on record right before your medical exam, you will get a waiver of "insufficient time interval" for Dose 2 because they can't give you doses closer than four weeks apart.

Td or Tdap or DT or DTP or DtaP (One dated no longer than 10 years ago, or have a booster) that is Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis. P does not stand for Polio.

Varicella it is waived if you had chickenpox. Also UK CR1s get it waived for "not routinely available". So either way you won't need that.

Influenza (during flu season) If your medical is between Oct 1 and Mar 31, you need the shot.

Your list

"DT (Double/Polio)" and "DT booster", last of which was 20 years ago, Are you sure it's not Diptheria/Tetanus? Anyway must be within 10 years.

BCG (TB I believe?) in 1993, Not on US list. Doesn't count for anything

"Single Men C" in 1999. Not needed by adults.

Hey mate,

I have had all the vaccinations listed above bar the Varicella. Do I need my full medical history for the medical examination in London or do I just need a dated letter from my GP stating that I have had the required vaccinations listed above? I only ask as getting my full medical history could prove problematic.

You have to start a new thread. If I answer here, mods will delete it like the other answers I gave. If I understand correctly, only Jeffenburg can ask about his shots in this thread.

I don't believe you need full medical history, I've certainly not read that anywhere. Just vaccinations.

I guess this depends on if you've reported any serious medical conditions in your application though.

As an update to my situation, I went to the doctors and they couldn't get me in for about 6 weeks, so I'm going private to get them done next week.
