Hello, I'm new to this forum and have a few questions.

We are working on getting our petition ready and I was wondering if anybody could answer the following questions:

On packet three where they ask for the birthcertificate and divorce decrees: does this mean just me as the beneficiary or do I need the original documents from my fiance as well?

Also I'm worried they may find a reason to deny us. Before we got engaged I looked into applying for a greencard lottery signed up but never uploaded my entire info. Anybody know if this is going to be an issue for approval of the K-1?

Thank you that actually lifts a big stone off me LOL :)

I'm going through Frankfurt for packet 3 and they require one copy and the original of BC and DD.

What about the police report and military record and visa photo is that for both of us as well?
