Never fails when I mail things out, I am told I missed stuff. I sent last month to my fiancee 2014 and 2015 W2s and 2014 tax return. Now I am told I needed to include 2012 and 2013 (or 2013 and 2015) to give three years returns. I can not find an official statement of that. From what I read elsewhere, I did not need to send as much as I did, but I did. Now I am told it is not enough.

Can someone tell me please where to find exactly the official statement these people want to see during her interview, because I am told they are crybabies and will deny people for stupid reasons (I take what people tell me, as I was never there).

Thanks.

First who told you that you needed three years tax returns? Did your fiancée already have interview and they told her that at interview?

I'm using agency with in house attorney's and they say you are only required to need last tax return 2014 before deadline and 2015 after deadline.

However, they have advised me to submit 2013, 2014, and 2015. They also told me to submit 9 months of bank statements, and employment verification letter.

When I ask them why I needed to submit all the extra's they told me just trust them and do it and you won't have any problems later.
