3. Send an original letter affirming your desire to marry your fiance(e) and your continued support of the K-1 Visa. Sign and date the form. This will be similar to the letter you provided with the I-129F, but dated much closer to the interview (it will have most likely been several months since you submitted your I-129F).

I have a question, I'm compiling my packet to send off to my fiance and I've just opened up my previous letter of intenet that I sent off with the I-129F petition. Do I just change the dates and the recipient information on my letter? (US Consulate of Sydney instead of USCIS Vermont Service Center)

Is this letter of intent pretty much exactly the same as the first one except for the much more recent date (the date closer to the interview and not that of before filling the I-129F petition)?

Sorry for asking so many questions! But I didn't find an example of the second Letter of Intent (this is also considered evidence of continuing relationship isn't it)?

The 2nd letter of intent is the same as the first and continues to state that you support the K1 process. The only thing different is that the date on the 2nd letter of intent is going to be several months after the initial one and much closer to the interview date. You can add what ever you want but keep it simple.

Perfect. If you are the petitioner, make sure the beneficiary signs a letter of intent also and vice versa.

That was going to be my next question. I will be sure to make one up for him as well and send it over with the packet so he can sign and date it.
