I found previous threads about how to track the visa, but none dealing with when we can't track it. My wife's visa was approved a month ago. They told her when she was approved she should get her visa and passport back in the mail in 5-7 days. I went online to the CEAC the same day and saw the status was changed to "ISSUED" and it said 7-10 days. 3 weeks later still nothing in the mail so we called the embassy. The embassy said they were waiting to send would have someone contact us when. I just called again and they said they are waiting from the embassy to send. Not sure what embassy they are waiting for since they are the embassy. CEAC still says issued. I tried tracking passport on the ustraveldocs, but it says no passport exists. Any thoughts? Thank you.

I don't know if any of this information you have already, but I'll include it for your review. If nothing continues to help get your answer call the Embassy and ask for a supervisor. I would be on them like white on rice. Good luck.

Have you contacted the embassy regarding issue?

Being CEAC has stated ISSUED for a month and 2GO has no record nor USTRAVELDOCS, you need to contact the embassy.

My wife called the Philippines number a week ago. They said they are waiting for approval and she should hear something back. I called the US number last night which I believe goes right to the embassy in Manila. They said my wife had called last week and they told her they would call back. They are waiting for the embassy. Not sure what she meant. Thanks.

According to that information, your visa has not been ISSUED. Be patient for now.
