From what I know, this is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, so yours should still be good.

You never know about the U.S. Embassy Manila. They may want to see a more recent CENOMAR than one which may be 5+ months old.

Regardless of whether you are single or married, at the PSA you apply for a CENOMAR. If you are single, the PSA will issue you a CENOMAR. If you are married, the PSA will issue you a CEMAR (Advisory on Marriages).
