I don't not to intend work do I need to fill 1-765,i am filling for adjustment of status ,greencard>can I just fill all other form and skip this one?or is it a must to fill it?

If you don't intend to work then you don't need to fill the form in. Although, I'd recommend filling it out and sending it off anyway. Much like AP, you might find that you need it down the line before receiving your green card and wishing you'd applied for it anyway! It's free to file, so you're not losing anything, plus it works as ID.

Agreed, it's free when filing with AOS and only takes 5 minutes to fill out. Better to have it and not need than need it not have it.

It's free, so there's no downside. An EAD will also allow you to get a Social Security number (if you don't have one), and a state driver's license or state ID (if you don't have one).
