Hello all! I am an American who is living with his Georgian wife in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. We were married last month. Now I am starting the C1 Visa process with my wife.

Need a little help with I-130, G-315A, and evidences of Bona Fide Marriage. I have spent a while going back in the threads, but almost all the infomration that I am asking for help, I can't find it. Sorry if most of these questions were repeated before in the threads, but I somehow miss those posts!

I-130 Form Questions

1. For I-130 Form, Section 1.C; my wife has no middle name. So do I leave it blank?

2. For I-130 Form, Section 9.C; do I leave this section blank since my wife has no ‘SSN’ or ‘alien registration number’? Or do I put in ‘none’?

3. For I-130 Form, Section 21; my wife and I are living at the same residence after our wedding. We have no previous address of living together. Do I leave it blank or put in our current address?

4. For I-130 Form, Section 22; since my wife is not living in the US, do I just put down the ‘city and country’?

5. For I-130 Form, Section D; I am just petitioning for my wife. Do I put ‘none’ or just leave it blank?

G-325A Questions

1. For the parent section, my mother passed away. Do I fill out her last ‘City and Country of Residence’ when she was alive or leave it blank?

2. For ‘Applicant’s residence last five years’, I lived at various addresses over the years and can’t fit them all under 5 lines. So far I have 3 years of living with the addresses I got. Do I need to add an additional paper to the form to list the rest of the addresses? And if so, I just type it up and attached to this form?

3. For ‘Applicant’s employment for five years’, I have similar problems. I have almost 5 years of employment. Do I need to add an additional paper to the form to list the rest of employment? And if so, I just type it up and attached to this form?

4. For ‘Last Occupation abroad’ question, I already list my occupation in field ‘employment for five years’. Do I leave it blank or type ‘none’ in the field?

5. For the question ‘if your name is non-Latin letters’, I put down ‘N/A’. Is this the correct response? Or Use ‘none’?

Evidences of Bona Fide Marriage

1. Aside from our marriage certificate, we have pictures from our time together over the course of our meetings for over a year and wedding pics with friends and family members that were taken last month. For photos, what is the ideal number of photos to use? i was thinking of using over 100 pics. Is this a overkill?

2. We can also go back on our on-line correspondences from Facebook and Skype over the past year. My question is, how many papers should we print out?

3. I have flight itineraries, but I didn't save the plan tickets. Will the just itineraries be enough?

4. This is a crazy and maybe not a good idea, but what if I just show proof of my marriage certificate and just 2 affidavits and not add all of photos, correspondences, flight itineraries, etc.

Georgian Embassy

1. Does anyone know if the Georgian Embassy does the DCF process?

Thank you and have a great day!

It's not recommended to leave blank spaces because they don't know if you have missed the question by accident or if there is no answer.

2. For your wife's SSN and alien number put "none".

3. Put your current address for your last addresss where you lived together. "Last" is a poor choice of word here, should be "most recent", I think.

4. Put the city and country of the US embassy where your wife lives.

5. Write "none". Don't leave it blank.

1. Write "deceased" for your mothers place of residence if she has passed away. Don't leave it blank.

2. Yes, you need to list all addresss and use a continuation sheet it necessary. Take a blank sheet of paper and write at the top "continuation sheet for form G-325A" and then list the question number and the additional information required.

3. As above.

4. Don't leave it blank. Write your last occupation abroad, even if you've already given the answer in another question.

5. N/a is fine

Evidence

1. 100 pics is too many, especially if many of them were taken on the same day. A selection to show the passage of time is better. Different hairstyles/lengths, different weather, different clothes and background is better than 100 pics of you cutting a wedding cake.

2. We have 4 years of message so we sent a few from each month. No point sending hundreds of pages of smiley faces, "lol" and "I love you". We sent a selection of love messages but also those that talked about money, health, work, other family members, etc. The things that married couples talk about.

3. Should be fine. Do you have stamps in your passport? If so, make copies of those pages.

4. Crazy idea. How badly do you want this? It takes time and effort but it has to be done if you want the right result.

No DCF in Georgia.
