Thank you father of three for your reply do I have to wait another 30 days for case completion after sending the documenents

One thing I learned when it comes to getting RFE or checklist, you respond to them and send documents ASAP. The longer you wait, the longer they will complete your case. Good Luck to you! Also when responding, always ask for tracking with your USPS mail in that way you have proof that it definitely got to its destination.

Ohh! Owww!! Why u got 221g???

My husband told me that they only ask for our cenomar and some personal questions like were did we meet how like that. And just done, hes so lucky the questions is not much. And thier so nice to him.

When we got married, my wife didn't notice that her name was spelled incorrect in there. We did got it amended through legal court and the amendment is written on the side of the said marriage certificate. But for some reason, the IO wanted a new NBI with my wife's misspelled name from the marriage certificate under as an alias. Which doesn't make sense because you would think that the birth certificate would weigh more than that said marriage certificate. Also, the said amendment is written on bold capital letters stating that said name was written erroneously and the correct name was even written on the amendment.

Got 221g too coz they wanted the NBI clearance to have my AKA since my birth certificate has wrong spellings even though there was already a note in it from PSA stating the correction. I passed the new nbi clearance the same day of the interview. It's now with them but I'm still under AP. Waiting for an update.
