K1/129F Petition.

I have received my NVC case number and my case should arrive to the embassy sometime early next week. Can I fill out the DS 160 now without any issues, or is it best to wait until the embassy has actually received my case. Also, I am the petioner, my fiancé is the beneficiary recording the visa, I would have the full out the DS160 on her behalf, so would I input all of her information on there stictly, will it ask for any of mine. Also, what steps do I take after I file the DS160.

DS-160 varies by _{embassy so you may want to provide your fiance's country for the best advice. Did you look at the country specific instructions here on VJ?}

In the case of Ukraine, the DS-160 is entirely online so you can start it whenever you want and submit it when you are ready.
