K1/129F Petition.

I have received my NVC case number and my case should arrive to the embassy sometime early next week. Can I fill out the DS 160 now without any issues, or is it best to wait until the embassy has actually received my case. Also, I am the petioner, my fiancé is the beneficiary recording the visa, I would have the full out the DS160 on her behalf, so would I input all of her information on there stictly, will it ask for any of mine. Also, what steps do I take after I file the DS160.

Thanks

DS-160 varies by embassy so you may want to provide your fiance's country for the best advice. Did you look at the country specific instructions here on VJ?

In the case of Ukraine, the DS-160 is entirely online so you can start it whenever you want and submit it when you are ready.
