were you taking vitamins before you had your medical??

2 months is not that long you'll never realized a month has passed and then only 1 month of waiting..

Hi Amythyst88,

No, I did not take any vitamins. But 2 week before I had Allergic Rhinitis and Tonsillitis. Do you think that has an effect in my x-ray result?

not really. Xray images has this white and patchy image that sometimes conflicts with the findings. Sometimes it masks the normal image,i think SLEC are just making sure since it's their SOP and following CDC guidelines. Don't worry, all will be well. :)

Hi,

I submitted resignation letter in my company today. Should I make a new DS-160? since on my previous application I stated that I was employed.

Thanks!

Not necessary, your employment information is not vital to the process.

Don't worry about the typo in the letter (amazed your fiancee received it, most don't). No need to contact the embassy on that. If wanted your fiancee can mention the typo during the interview and the CO can verify it is correct in their system.

When completing the DS-160 make sure all information is correct.

Don't need the I-129F packet, waste of time sending it. You could ask your fiance to email you a copy of his G-325A that has all the information on it that you need to know (memorize even).

All you need right now is your MNL#

Yes. Follow the embassy instructions letter. http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/1178798/feb2015/K1-K2%20Applicant%20Interview%20Preparation%20Instructions%20-%20English%20_February%202015_.pdf

Many times the I-134 and support documents is not asked for, but the embassy instructions letter still lists it as required, so for sure have the I-134, copy of most recent tax return and W-2.

First ... toss the invoice number, not used.

2nd: Scheduling for the middle of March should be fine, personally I would want to be sure the case file is in route. Being this is early in February don't expect March dates to be available for a week or two.

3rd: You can setup your account and complete the DS-160 before paying the visa feel

4th: Normally within 12-24 hours the payment at BPI posts so that you can schedule your interview.

I really appreciate all the information that you've shared to us... I just want to ask thought since we are still waiting for the NOA2(approval notice) is it ok to call them to get my MNL#? Or should I wait till we receive the NOA2?

Thanks!

Once you receive the NOA2 text message that your case has been approved then wait 10 business days and begin calling the NVC to get your MNL#. Once you have the number it's rock and roll time. Till then there is very little you can do except gather a few documents as listed in the Embassy Letter. Keep in mind that your NBI and CENOMAR cannot be older than 6 months at time of the interview. So be careful to not get those two items too soon.
