I-864 for AOS submission in February

Hey all,

One of my joint sponsors has a more complicated tax situation, so her accountant will only be able to give her her 2015 return by March or April. I wanted to file my AOS packet this month with the 2015 returns, as I've seen a post on here where someone received an RFE to include their return for that year, even though taxes weren't technically due until April (I can't find the post atm)...

Will I be ok if I just submit her 2012-2014 returns and supporting evidence + evidence of current income? The joint sponsor has had the same job for a while now, so I hope this will be sufficient evidence. As for me (the petitioner), I only recently started my job in 2015 and was a student from 2012-2014, so I wouldn't be able to show any income for those years. This is also why I wanted to include 2015 returns. I'm pushing to file AOS in february, as my husband needs approval to leave the country in the summer and we want AP to be approved quickly. Any advice would be appreciated!

Is there a reason her accountant does not give her a copy of her tax return the same day like every other accountant in the USA? My Accountant even emails me a .pdf version of my return.

They do...but said accountant won't give them the copies until end of february at the earliest or late March at the latest.

Bump--I may just risk sending in 2012-2014 returns and hope they don't RFE me if they get to my application around April. Is there anyway to send the USCIS updated information once I get those tax returns to avoid an RFE?
