Have recently bought an ipod and joined a gym in a desperate attempt to lose some weight. Need recommendations on great songs to work out to at the gym. You know, the ones that get you going and keep you motivated ...... I will start with a good song;

You might look into any of the Jock Jam Cd's. These are music/songs centered around sporting events and professional sports teams. A lot of it you'd hear if you went to a professional sports game (basket ball, football, etc) to get the crowd going. Great for workout if you want up-beat and not have to buy individual Cd's of artists...
