I've have a few questions about the i-864.

I'm a graduate student and receive a fellowship in addition to "part time" employment at the university. For example, I received $5500 on my W2, however on my 1098-T I had scholarships and grants of $24000. So on the i-864 Part 6 number 2 would I put "my individual annual income" as $5500 or $29500? When preparing my taxes I consider the $29500 and is what I have written in for 19.a.

I did not file in 2012 and I think my CPA is dead because he's not responding to my emails. Should I bother including the two transcripts for my second and third most recent year?

Finally, about using assets. Would an inherited IRA that could easily be converted to cash be considered? The tax implications of doing this would be outrageous made worse by the down turn in january but it can technically be done. However, I'm not sure how strict the "without considerable hardship or financial loss to the owner may be included "

Thanks in advance for any responses.
