Hello, friends!

Firstly, I 'made it through the wilderness' of this process and have been living in the USA for almost 8 months; stay strong!

Secondly, I wonder if anyone has a contact for a good Accountant that can handle the Canadian and American portions of my taxes? I'm in NY.

BDO Dunwoody in Canada easily took care of all of mine (they have team that are US focused and had no problem with my dual)

Hi and thank you for the info.

do you have an idea how much they charge you for personnel tax, no house, no business, and if they work by email or they have a brunch here in US.

thank for your help, I m looking for an alternative because my accountant in Montreal is taking too long for my file and I'm afraid if I miss the tax time.

NOA1 date: 9-22-2014

interview: September 18/ approved

visa received: September, 24, 2015

POE: October,5,2015

AOS/EAD/AP: October 29,2015 

EAD/AP approved:01/26/2016 card received: 02/02/2016

AOS approved:02/02/2016

02/09/2016 GC received

ROC/CITIZENSHIP/Passport-refer to my timeline...

I went with Davis Martindale in Toronto. They can do everything via email/phone.

Adjustment of Status (AOS) Process from K1
20th November 2015: Filed AOS paperwork along with Employment Authorization Document (EAD) and Advanced Parole (AP) requests.

29th November 2015: electronic notifications (Email and text x3)

25th November 2015: NOA1 (date they received)
17th December 2015: early walk in biometrics appointment. (letter date: December 21).

29th December 2015: Case ready to be scheduled for interview
8th February 2016: Completed service request for EAD via USCIS phone call
16th February 2016:Checked online and EAD was approved (Date approved February 12th).

19th February 2016- Card has been mailed

20th February 2016- Card delivered

Current status: Waiting for AOS interview to be scheduled!
