You'd have to likely say you had obtained a US visa before? I'm not entirely sure how ESTA and the VWP works because I'm Canadian.

You would likely need some confirmation of that event to ask the embassy to extend it. Or you can get emergency AP (again with evidence it's needed) if you do move and get married and apply for AOS right away.

I would say you need to go and to see by yourself if you do love her. Long distance, mixed marriage, immigration, many of us have 2nd thoughts, go, do not rush the marriage, talk to her, you will see if you really wish to marry her or not, the same she. It's also possible you would regret not marrying her if there is the real love. Use your mind and listen your heart, don't lose your visa and going there, do not rush the marriage. Talking and being honest it's also good.
