Hello! Im in the process of sending my k-1 visa application for my fiancee, I have not work for the past 2 years due to health problems I had, but no longer have, and since then my family have been supporting me. I started working recently on September of 2015... could that be a problem for USCIS and deny the k-1 visa? even though my Finacee is having to sponsors?

Welcome to the forum.

Better read up on the first affidavit application, Form I-134. If you, the USC and primary sponsor have problems meeting those financial thresholds, you better start lining up some co-sponsors. You, the primary sponsor have to pledge that your foreign-born fiancee will not become a public charge.

Some interviewing embassy/consulates allow co-sponsors (or allow on a case-by-case basis), and some do not. Since your timeline is empty, can't tell which country your fiancee is coming from.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
