We're still waiting. Just wanted to let you know that I sent an email today and got back an automated response with a phone number to call. The number is +233 (50) 659-2787. I tried it but it was really bad connection and just automated prompts, so I hung up cause I couldn't hear well. I'm going to have my fiance try it and see if he can get anywhere.

I sent my K1 application in October, and my fiancee and I are currently waiting for an appointment date also. Wondering though, exactly when does packet 3 come? When they call and say that they're ready for him to make an appointment? Also do they give him a date, or does he get to choose?

I started my k1 visa November 2015 and got approved march 09 2016

My case was just transferred to the embassy in ghana April 6,,2016. I am waiting for more information of what my next steps will be. If anyone is similar to my case please email me so we can be of support to each other. Thank you!

It seems some people are having. Hard time picking up their packet or getting the embassy to give them an appointment or email to pick up our packet. By the way I am the petitioner and my fiancé is in ghana.

How long does it take to receive the call in letter? My petition has been sent from the NvC on April 6,2016 to the ghana embassy. I filed the k1 visa in November and got approved march 2016. I had one RFE and that is why my case is taking a bit longer. I would love some more Information if you have it. And thank you and. Good luck to all of us! I hear it's a tough embassy.

Haha Jamal deen you know good and well they never reply emails so why u giving false hope . You forgot how we were crying for them to even show a hint they got our emails lol to the OP n others, don't worry you will get it soon and read up the whole entire Ghana portal . A lot of mistakes Ghana ppl have been making so take all the pointers u can get . First being no mention of any type of engagement ceremony including knocking to the consular ; if u have not had it that's great . Wait to do it . It's the quickest way to get a denial for k-1.
