Filing Taxes during Aos help

So I was married November 2015,, im gonna file my taxes this week and am trying to keep from paying for it to be done and file myself,, but I dont know what to file under for my spouse, she doesnt have a SSC number yet,, would I file married or single,, I have no tax number for her if i file married so im kind of confused here,, has anyone went through this? thanks

Hi,

You can not file as single because you are not single.

You can choose between married filing separately or married filing jointly.

If you file MFS, you can later amend the return when she gets a SSN to file jointly.

If you file MFJ, you can file for an ITIN and send your PAPER return to a special address.
