AOS after K1 - another vaccine question

I know there's a million vaccine threads, so I'll keep this short and to the point:

Our K1 is approved. My fiance will be coming to the US in March. He was not able to get all required vaccines at his K1 medical appointment. So my question is this - can he go to his regular doctor in Colombia and get the necessary vaccines there prior to coming to the US? In other words, when we go to the civil surgeon in the US for his AOS app to fill out the necessary parts of the I693, will the Civil Surgeon accept newly administered vaccines from a Colombian doctor (with vaccine records of course), or is it now necessary for him to get those vaccines at the Civil Surgeons office in the US?

Thanks and sorry if this particular question is somewhere else!

Yes, he can get the vaccines in his home country. Just make sure he gets the immunization records. Also, if the records are in a different language, please have them translated. I hope you will find a civil surgeon in the US that will not charge an arm and a leg to transcribe the shots.

Great thank you! And yes I've heard that many civil surgeons do everything they can to nickel and dime you. We will definitely have to call around. But at least we can save a bundle on the vaccines if he is able to get them in Colombia with insurance! Thanks again!
