I've never heard of the case being approved without the status showing on the website, but anything is possible with these people. If your card doesn't get lost in the mail, you normally receive it very shortly after production is ordered. Like a week or so.

If you are unsure of your case status, make an Infopass appointment and try to find out where you stand.

Well as you said everything is possible with these people...In fact, I got an info pass and went to the local office to see what's new on my case...to make a long story short, the officer told me that I' ve been approved  when I asked for my passport to be stamped , she said they won't do that for me, as my card was already ordred on march the 8th !

Still my online account says pending....
