K1 visa interview Received 221g white paper

Hello please help me.

Does it mean that I'm denied already?

I had my interview today for k1. And then filipino consul ask for my previous passport with J1 visa stamp and tourist visa - Which I forgot. My mistake

And then on my interview with American consul she ask me about my fiancé name, and pictures which is my favorite and why. And what is my longest stay in the usa - I said 3 months and she ask for my previous passport with visa stamp. I said I forgot it. She then said please proceed to releasing area. Then in releasing area they gave me white form 221g asking to send my previous passport with stamp. What does it mean?

Don't worry too much, 221g is common if they need any addtl document. Just send your previous passport with the J1 visa.; Just comply and wait. You are not denied if the CO didn't tell you are denied. Just submit the passport as instructed.

Thank you very much. Will I still have to go second interview? Or I'll just submit the request documents and wait?

Just submit it asap, I haven't read of any 2nd interview for K1 with 221g. You will be in AP for a few days or weeks. Just monitor your case via CEAC. There are many experience here in VJ for those with 221g.

You are welcome. That is not a big issue; I have a previous B1/B2 visa which is still valid; they asked for my old passport . I brought all of our passports, they will cancel my B1/B2.

And one more thing.. It says I need to submit 1. Passport with visa stamp and 2. Application fee

But my original Application fee receipt was collected by the filipino consul? Can I just submit Xerox copy?

Yes, copy of BPI Receipt . That is your Visa Fee.

At this point, medical is done. Everything needed from your medial is on that sealed brown envelope from st lukes that you submitted to step2.

Follow the instructions contained within the 221(g). So submit the "old" passport and a copy of your MVR receipt. The sooner you send it the sooner you will receive your passport and visa. Don't complicate the matter. Just follow the instructions in the letter.

LIke I said in reply to your PM; send the old passport and a copy of the visa fee receipt.

All should be just fine... remember... be PATIENT
