G-325A Applicant's residence last five years

Hi everyone,

When filing in the G-325A form's part "Applicant's residence last five years. List present address first." should we include the five months we lived together abroad (Brussels)?

I'm asking because below that table is the question "Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year."

I was out of the country and studied abroad in Belgium. Where we lived together in an apartment for five months, we did not have to register at city hall (less than six months in the country but I did have a visa to study abroad there)

So should we mention it or not? We refer to living together in our cover letter (how our relation became to be and progressed.)

Thanks,

O & J

Hi everyone,

When filing in the G-325A form's part "Applicant's residence last five years. List present address first." should we include the five months we lived together abroad (Brussels)? It asks for the last five years, so if it was in the last 5 years, yes.

I'm asking because below that table is the question "Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year." You stated below you only lived there for five months so you would not put that address in this spot.

I was out of the country and studied abroad in Belgium. Where we lived together in an apartment for five months, we did not have to register at city hall (less than six months in the country but I did have a visa to study abroad there)

So should we mention it or not? We refer to living together in our cover letter (how our relation became to be and progressed.) You have to mention it if it was in the last five years as stated above...Do you have any documentation you lived together? Rental agreement? Utilities in both names going to same address? (We included documentation similar to this).

Thanks,

O & J
