Court dates if you went to court for crime, change name you need to provide the court documents.

7 and 8 pretty self explanatory. Show military records if you were in military. Show adoption papers of you were adopted.

The checklist from NVC is old. Part 1 and 2 refers to the old DS-230 form that was replaced by the online DS-260. Just be sure and have the confirmation page of the DS-260.

F - The NVC did not request this form or document

If they didn't request it then its not needed. Only need to worry about what pertains to you.

There is no fee you paid your fees at NVC.

and what about tax return2015 and irs 2015?

What about it? Taxes are due April 15th. So they aren't expecting t. If you did 2015 then you will have to take updated everything too the interview. I suggest no.
