I am leaving the US for 5 days on Saturday and wanted to check that I was taking all the appropriate documentation with me:

1. Both copies of AP

2. Passport (in maiden name)

3. Marirage lisence

4. Receipt of AOS letter.

That should do it right?

14 August 2006 - Approved!!!! :-)

21 October 2006 - Married in the mountains of North Carolina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AOS Application

6 November 2006 - Applied for AOS, EAD and AP

09 Decemeber 2006 - e-mail received to say case was trasferred to California

16 December 2006- biometric appointment in Charlotte, NC

20 Jan 2007 -AP approved

24 Jan -EAD approved

28 June -Green card ordered

7 July wedding celebrations in Scotland

Just to let you all know I went and came back and it was all very easy. I did have to go into the back room but they dealt with me in 10 minutes. No immigration queues either which was wonderful!!
