I had the IV fee bill sent to the St Louis address. The NVC recording says that they recd. the IV fee bill on March 1st, 2007. Is it Ok to send in the self generated DS-230 part 1, the cover sheet along with the copies of my wife's passport to NVC now. I am a bit skeptical on this since the IV fee bill letter says that it is not recommended to send the downloaded DS-230.

Good question.

I have asked when a bill was "generated" before sending the one I created.

But I'm not sure about the DS-230.
