Is your boyfriend a US citizen who plans to return to live in the USA soon? If so, he should simply file from where he is now, but financial sponsorship may be an issue. You will be able to do your medical and interview where ever you are legally resident.

If neither of you are US citizens, then you cannot file for a K1.

My boyfriend is a US Citizen, he only lives in Buenos Aires for work. But another problem is, he is a Junior Doctor and taking up anothet special course, so he doesnt really have much time to process everything for now. But what I am thinking for now is that, I am currently looking for a job outside my country(philippines). So, my question is, is it possible to undergo the procdure for k1 even if I am out of my country? And i'll just have to look for a US Embassy of where country I will be assigned for work, to start the process of my k1? I really appreciate your response again. Thanku, thanku

As I said, you can do your bit (medical and interview) in any coutnry you are legally resident in. So if you get a work visa to Saudi of whereever, you can interview there.

The first part of the process is on the petitioner- ie your US citizen fiance. You can help some by gathering info, but he is the one who will need to fill in the sign the paperwork, and send the package off to the US based lockbox; nothing you can do at an embassy.
