Hello everyone!
I have a doubt concerning question 36a of the form i-129f. i live in Rome, but i know that the only embassy that performs interview in Italy is located in Naples (or so i read online). Which one should i write down?
Also the petitioner is not in the army, nor he committed any crime. should he just leave this block blank?

-I noticed that on the form g325a it requires the names of both the parents and their country of residence. my dad is deceased, what should i put in country of residence?

- for the applicant's last address outside the us for more than a year, i've always lived in italy in the same house, should i just rewrite my address?

- ''This form is submitted in connection with an application for...'' should i put: Other (K1 Visa) on both mine and my fiance form?

- what's the file number at the beginning of the form on the right?

- current husband or wife is referred to the applicant or the parents?

thanks to all those who will help.

Welcome to the forum.

Look at the Example Forms section, easily accessible at the top of the forum page. In particular: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-G-325A.pdf

Look over the example form, and reformulate your questions.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Hello everyone!

I have a doubt concerning question 36a of the form i-129f. i live in Rome, but i know that the only embassy that performs interview in Italy is located in Naples (or so i read online). Which one should i write down? Naples is the consulate. That is what you put for the consulate.

Also the petitioner is not in the army, nor he committed any crime. should he just leave this block blank? Part 3 #1 would not be filled out, but Part 3 #2 has Yes or No questions that MUST be answered. If Part #3 and 4 do not apply to the petitioner, then they would also be skipped.

-I noticed that on the form g325a it requires the names of both the parents and their country of residence. my dad is deceased, what should i put in country of residence? Deceased. I personally added the date my father died too, but not required.

- for the applicant's last address outside the us for more than a year, i've always lived in italy in the same house, should i just rewrite my address?

You can enter the address again, or put 'Same as above'.

- ''This form is submitted in connection with an application for...'' should i put: Other (K1 Visa) on both mine and my fiance form? Check 'Other' and write I-129F. Just like the example form here shows.

- what's the file number at the beginning of the form on the right? That would be an A#. If you neither of you has an A#, then it would be left blank.

- current husband or wife is referred to the applicant or the parents? Current husband or wife of the person filling out the G-325A. If the answer is None, which it needs to be, then enter None, as the form tells you to do,

thanks to all those who will help.

See response in similar-themed question.

Clip the check to the first page, and follow these General USCIS mailing instructions: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-and-fees/general-tips-assembling-applications-mailing
