9/19/14

AOS Journey

1/31/16 - Got married

2/24/16 - AOS, EAD, AP packet sent

2/29/16 - Received Date

3/03/16 - Received text and email notification

3/04/16 - Check cashed

3/07/16 - I-797 hardcopy received

3/19/16 - Biometric scheduled received by mail

4/06/16 - I-485 online status changed to Ready to be Scheduled for Interview

4/15/16 - I-485 online status changed to INTERVIEW SCHEDULED

4/17/16 - Interview Notice hardcopy received

4/28/16 - AP & EAD approval date

5/02/16 - AP approval letter received

5/05/16 - EAD card received

5/17/16 - AOS interview

5/23/16 - Online status changed to CASE APPROVE dated 5/18/16

5/23/16 - Received AOS approval letter in the mail

5/23/16 - Online status changed to CARD WAS MAILED TO ME

5/24/16 - Card was picked-up by USPS (online status)

5/26/16 - Green Card on Hand!!! :goofy:

My PD is Sept22 2014.. until now no Interview Date yet.. :(

mine is the 26sept not here yet too. We will be the first In line for month end. It coming Edited by Abbyglen

Congrats good luck.

The latest date in Sept I saw that go an interview is the 19.

I am believe that we will get our interview when the vb comes out or month end. The waiting is getting to my nevers

Hi guys!!new to this forum, did u guys received a 60 day letter?pd 10/28/2014 received letter last 1/29/16 that my case is in queu waiting for appointment sched to consulate ovearseas.

@ar@mi my PD is dec ,32014 and i have not received any 60 day letter ,what is that can you explain it to me please .my case is complete

Just recently got that mail, stated in the letter that all the necessary docs were received and my case is in queu awaiting for Interview appointment on consulate embassy, i dont know exactly what it means but i think that was the last letter before the IL. Hoping to got IL soon

@ ar@mi, my pd is oct2014 too..and the last email I received from nvc was the same as yours...

Oh we're in the same boat, what date on october are you?hope to get our IL on their nxt scheduling. GOD BLESS US

Hi. My Pd u a 27 october 2014 but I'm still waiting my noa2. I don't know why my petition still unapproved. I don't know what can I do

You'll have to call USCIS. It seems like your NOA2 got lost in the mail. And it looks like it has been over a year that they received correspondence from you which there's a possibility that USCIS thinks that you abandoned your case. I'm sorry

06/30/15- Agent appointed via phone

07/01/15- Email received re:Choice of Agent

07/12/15- AOS & IV fee paid

08/14/15- AOS papers mailed

09/03/15- DS 260 submitted

09/18/15- Civil documents submitted to NVC

11/09/15- Received checklist re:NBI clearance

11/12/15- NBI clearances submitted

02/27/16- Received interview letter via email

03/31/16- Medical Day 1-COMPLETED

04/01/16- Medical Day 2-PASSED!!! :dance:

04/05/16- USEM Interview=221G re:NBI clearance-addition of misspelled name in marriage certificate as an AKA for wife :shocked:

04/19/16- Mailed new NBI clearance with AKA via 2GO

04/21/16- 2GO document out for delivery to USEM

04/22/16- Case touched, still AP

04/27/16- CEAC status changed ISSUED :dancing:

04/30/16- Visas on hand!!!; ELIS fees paid

05/03/16- CFO done: Immigrant Data Summary detached in all visa packets :ranting:

05/06/16- Visa packets and passports returned to USEM via 2GO

05/10/16- Visa packets received at USEM

05/13/16- Resealed visa packets received

05/29/16- POE: JFK
