You have to go back Pakistan for complet your case

OP, this is not correct, if you can show that you have legal presence in the UAE on a long-term stay visa or residence permit, you can interview and have your medical exam in the UAE. Just make sure the NVC routes th case properly before all items are submitted to them.

Dear,

I am confuse to listen both of you reply.I want to give you more information about my case,my spouse applied at the end of October 2015. It has been spent more than 2 months. My permanent address is Pakistan while my current address is UAE.

My question, will they automatically conduct my medical and interview in UAE or I have to request them for it.

I really appreciate both of your advice towards my problem. Please guide me with appropriate solution.

Thanks.....

First of let me tell you this.

You can give your interview in Dubai and have medical there as well.

Now the how part:

You have to(or your spouse) has to call NVC and ask them to change the location of the embassy where you will be interviewing. Not a change of address because they will change the address but not the country/embassy you want to interview in. Call NVC and explain to them how you reside in UAE and would like your documents to be sent to the UAE embassy not the Pakistani one.

They will guide you further on this. You do not have to give up your job. Just call NVC helpline and ask them to change the location of the embassy.

The only incorrect part of this post is the part that is in bold and red.

Immigrant visa interviews are not conducted at the Consulate in Dubai, they are only conducted at the Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

My brother lives in Dubai, and my mother lives with me in USA, she has filed for him , his petition has approved but visa availability date has not matured yet. my brother does not want to go Islamabad for interview, because sometimes they keep passports for months, so he wont be able to go back to dubai and might loose his job, so we consult the lawyer and he told us, that its possible to get the interview done in UAE.

Immigrant visa interviews are done in ABU DHABI only, not dubai.

so when you fill your DS-230 form at that time you fill your permanent address as in DUBAI, so your interview will be in ABU DHABI, and also your medical exam also will be done in UAE , from national visa center approved physician.

DS-230 is no longer used, it has been replaced by the online DS-260.
